You’ll join a cross-functional squad working on one of several core areas:
- Operations

You’ll work closely with product and engineering leads to design platform-level solutions and deliver a consistent, thoughtful end-to-end experience across the ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing high-quality product experiences used globally across the industry
- Working with product + engineering leads to solve complex platform problems
- Creating coherent and consistent UX across web + mobile
- Contributing to the design language, components and standards
- Running ideation, discovery, prototyping and user testing
- Owning your work from concept through to delivery
- Collaborating with other designers to drive experience quality across the platform

- Solid experience as a Product / UX Designer (digital products)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking
- Comfortable in agile, lean UX, rapid iteration
- SaaS Background
- Skilled with Figma, Sketch or similar
- Strong fundamentals: layout, spacing, typography, systems thinking
- Experience designing from both user insight and product data
- Confident working with stakeholders across multiple teams
- Highly organised, able to work autonomously and handle ambiguity
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Able to lead projects from discovery to shipped features
- Passion for user-centric, practical, elegant product design
