At SIROC we are looking for a Senior UI & UX designer to join our worldwide team. As a UI & UX designer, you will play a necessary role in our team, taking ownership of the project design, analyzing the user experience of products, ensuring their style robustness, and creating interactive prototypes for early testing and product validation. You’ll be working together with our engineers, data scientists, product managers, and venture investors. Your ability to explore and lead the design side of our technical products will play a key role in the success of our experimental SaaS and B2B products and the digital AI transformation of our customers. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Craft intuitive user experiences for our projects and products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas.
- Develop best practices and design systems for our products and teams.
- Participate in product workshops for both internal products and external clients.
- Contribute to the specification phase in project definition and requirements.
- Assist our sales team with estimations and quotes.
- Ensure and validate our implementations are compliant with designs and specifications at the highest level of quality.
- Participate in the process of turning an idea into a finished product.
- Collaborate with teammates who care about building great products as much as you do!

🤩 What We Expect From You
- Native English speaker or otherwise outstanding English language skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- University degree in design is desirable but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of software design in both UI and UX.
- Experience working in the software development industry is a must.
- Proficiency working with Figma is a must (other UI design tools are valued).
- Experience building click dummy prototypes.
- Experience working with components and design systems.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Suite software is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of the design and design process for mobile (phone and tablet) and responsive web applications.
- Ability to motivate, encourage, persuade, increase cooperation, and reduce tension among team members.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute within a fast-paced environment.
