Arzania Inc. is a US-based Investment Holding company who owns multiple verticals including a digital marketing and growth agency specializing in healthcare practices (dental, medical, and chiropractic offices). We donβt just run ads or build websites β we build growth engines for clinics.
We are now entering a new phase of expansion and innovation and are looking for a Director of Marketing & Growth to architect our next stage of growth.
This is not a routine execution role.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to shape strategy, build services, and drive measurable business impact.
π― The Opportunity
We are looking for a senior-level marketing leader who can:
- Design and evolve our marketing strategy and service offerings
- Create new, high-value services for healthcare clients
- Productize SEO, paid ads, CRO, funnels, automation, and AI-enabled marketing
- Communicate value clearly to US clients and join strategy calls
- Lead and mentor a distributed marketing team
- Build systems, standards, and growth frameworks
- Drive revenue growth and client retention

Strategy & Innovation
- Build quarterly and annual growth strategies for Arzania and its clients
- Design and launch new service offerings and packages
- Identify market gaps and growth opportunities
- Integrate AI tools and automation into marketing workflows

Leadership & Operations
- Lead and mentor SEO, ads, content, and design teams
- Set performance standards and KPIs
- Build SOPs and scalable systems
- Improve efficiency and accountability

Must-Have
- 5+ years in digital marketing or growth roles
- Experience in SEO, paid ads, funnels, CRO, and analytics
- Strong strategic thinking and business mindset
- Clear, confident spoken and written English
- Experience working with US or Western clients
- Leadership or team-management experience
- Data-driven decision making
Nice-to-Have
- Agency or SaaS background
- Healthcare or local-business marketing experience
- AI-driven marketing workflows
- Experience building marketing products or packages
