We operate in the blockchain infrastructure and decentralized finance (DeFi) sector, building secure, scalable EVM-compatible smart contract platforms and developer tooling for consumer and institutional dApps. Our work spans protocol design, cross-chain deployments, and developer SDKs that power tokenization, on-chain governance, and composable finance.

Primary Title: Principal Smart Contract Engineer (EVM) — Remote (USA)

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of production-grade EVM smart contracts and protocol primitives with a focus on security, gas-efficiency, and composability.
• Own architecture and secure patterns for token standards, access control, upgradable proxies, and cross-chain bridges; define best practices and reusable libraries.
• Drive security through hands-on audits, threat modeling, fuzzing, and remediation; partner with external auditors and coordinate fixes to live systems.
• Build and maintain robust test suites and CI pipelines using Foundry/Hardhat, automated fuzzing, unit/integration tests, and deployment scripts for multiple chains.
• Mentor and lead engineering teams: establish code review standards, auditing playbooks, observability, and release processes to ensure safe production deployments.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and SRE to plan rollouts, emergency response, and upgrade strategies across testnets and mainnets.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven track record building and shipping audited EVM smart contracts and protocols; experience with live mainnet deployments.
• Demonstrated experience leading security reviews, coordinating audits, and remediating complex vulnerability classes (reentrancy, upgradeability, economic exploits).
• Eligible to work remotely in the USA and able to collaborate across cross-functional, distributed teams.
