Job Description

Description

  • Must Be a Crypto Native* Based in the US

About Us

We are at the forefront of developing the future of rollup infrastructure with a bold vision: achieving synchronous cross-chain composability. Currently, rollups operate in silos, forcing developers to choose between scalability and interoperability—something we believe is an unnecessary compromise.

Our Team Is Creating a Modular Rollup Framework That Allows Chains To Remain Sovereign While Enabling Synchronized Cross-chain Interactions—no Reliance On Trusted Bridges Or Unstable Asynchronous Calls. Our Innovative Architecture Enables

  • Seamless Interoperability: App-specific Layer 3 solutions can interact as fluidly as contracts on Ethereum.
  • Atomic Cross-Chain Interactions: Shared sequencing, preconfirmations, and unified execution environments facilitate efficient cross-chain transactions.
  • Uncompromised Performance: Developers will no longer need to choose between performance and composability.

Imagine a world where every rollup can seamlessly integrate with others, without bridges, delays, or fragmentation—just a fast and cohesive cross-chain user experience.

We are an ambitious early-stage team backed by some of the brightest minds in the Ethereum ecosystem. Join us in building an open and composable future for rollups.

We're Pioneering a New Architecture Where

  • App-specific L3s can interoperate as smoothly as contracts on Ethereum.
  • Shared sequencing, preconfirmations, and unified execution environments unlock atomic, cross-chain interactions.
  • Developers no longer need to choose between performance and composability.

We’re early-stage, ambitious, and backed by some of the best minds in Ethereum. Come help us build an open and composable future for rollups.

Responsibilities

  • - Collaborate closely with cofounders to ensure alignment with our overarching strategy and objectives.
  • Cultivate and engage a vibrant developer community around our technology, with a special focus on the Based Appchain Platform - Pylon.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns for our confidential first-party appchain.
  • Create and execute content strategies that encourage interaction and engagement within developer and technical communities.
  • Forge and manage partnerships with app developers, protocols, and projects to drive user growth and enhance the adoption of Pylon and DA Builder.
  • Represent our company at industry events, both virtual and in-person, to promote our brand and articulate our vision.

Requirements

  • Technical fluency: Hands-on experience with smart contract development and tooling. Familiarity with Solidity and/or Rust, EVM concepts, and rollup architectures (optimistic, zk, and appchain patterns).
  • Web3 tooling: Comfortable with developer toolchains such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, ethers.js/web3.js, IPFS, and common wallet integrations.
  • Documentation & content: Proven ability to create technical tutorials, sample apps, API references, and developer guides. Portfolio links (blog posts, docs, example repos) are a plus.
