Position: Blockchain & Web3 Engineer – AI Trainer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30-$60/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Develop, test, and optimize smart contracts and decentralized applications across blockchain platforms.

Train and improve AI models by providing real-world blockchain engineering feedback and domain expertise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technologies into AI-driven solutions.

Document engineering workflows and provide technical insights to improve AI learning quality.

Contribute to the design and architecture of secure, scalable, and efficient Web3 systems.

Stay updated on advancements in blockchain, Web3, and AI technologies to continuously enhance training inputs.

Clearly communicate complex technical concepts in written and verbal formats across distributed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in blockchain and Web3 engineering.
• Strong experience developing smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.
