We are partnering with an Arizona-based organization seeking a Senior QA / Testing Analyst to support quality initiatives across a mix of internal systems and externally facing applications. This position plays a key role in driving testing strategy, executing automated and manual test efforts, and improving overall software quality across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning test execution end-to-end, contributing to automation efforts, and collaborating closely with developers, product teams, and fellow QA professionals in an Agile environment. This role also includes mentoring junior team members and helping shape testing standards and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing
- Experience working with test automation tools and frameworks
- Hands-on experience creating and managing test artifacts in tools such as JIRA, Xray, ALM, or similar
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Experience automating web applications and APIs
- Strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines and related tooling
- Practical experience with SQL and ETL testing
