Job Description:
Senior Test Engineer supporting the End-to-End Telematics Testing Team, responsible for validating the Client’s Digital systems using simulation and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments. Tests both onboard machine software and back-office connectivity features, ensuring high-quality deliverables for the Connectivity division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end telematics testing using simulation and HIL setups
- Perform software verification, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across software and electronics
- Drive release testing, defect resolution, and field issue investigations
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks
- Provide technical guidance on verification and validation best practices
- Collaborate with global teams across development, systems, and hardware groups
- Apply deep knowledge of NPI processes to support product releases
- Utilize vendor and internal tools effectively to improve test coverage and efficiency
- Support local testing operations; relocation to Peoria required
