Duration: 6+ Months (with possible extension)

- Workday Data Analyst
- Client is seeking a highly skilled Workday Data Analyst with deep expertise in Workday Report Builder to support enterprise HR, Finance, and People Analytics initiatives.
- This role will focus on designing, building, and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- The ideal candidate has hands-on experience translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday reporting solutions and is comfortable partnering with HR, Finance, and Technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports using Report Builder, including:
- Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports
- Dashboards and Discovery Boards
- Develop custom calculated fields (e.g., LRV, ESI, TF, text, date, conditional logic) to support complex reporting needs.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Workday reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Workday reporting outputs.
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot report errors or data discrepancies.
- Support ongoing enhancements, testing, and documentation of Workday reports and analytics.
- Assist with data audits, reconciliations, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Adhere to Client’s data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of hands-on Workday experience in a reporting or data analyst capacity.
- Expert-level experience with Workday Report Builder (this is a must-have).
- Strong experience creating complex calculated fields and multi-data-source reports.
- Experience working with HCM and/or Financials data in Workday.
- Strong SQL or data analysis background (conceptual or hands-on).
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in large, enterprise environments.
