Our client, a dynamic healthcare organization, is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential to convert to full-time, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on healthcare operations.

Position Overview
The Data Analyst will analyze and interpret healthcare data to uncover trends, streamline processes, and support smarter decision-making. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a start date of February 9 (or sooner).
Responsibilities Of The Data Analyst
- Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Automate repetitive processes and workflows using Power Automate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.
- Recommend data-driven solutions and continuous process improvements.

- Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, specifically Power Automate.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into actionable results.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboard platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
