About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling and user-centric digital assets, including logos, brand guides, website mockups, wireframes, and illustrations. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, developers, and content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful designs that meet client objectives and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and digital design, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while working remotely from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferred)
• Passion for design with a solid understanding of core design principles and fundamentals
• Familiarity with Web Accessibility standards
• Strong portfolio showcasing website and web app dashboard designs (preferred)
• Experience with project management tools such as Basecamp and Google Docs (preferred)
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet short deadlines
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Create unique, client-specific logos, brand guides, and comprehensive design systems from scratch
• Design wireframes, website mockups, and related graphics optimized for desktop and mobile devices based on creative briefs
• Develop vector icons and illustrations to enhance visual storytelling
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with Digital Producers to align design strategies with client goals
• Coordinate with copywriters, SEO teams, developers, and other stakeholders to establish project vision and balance usability with performance
• Prepare and deliver design files ready for developer hand-off, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely completion while adhering to quality standards and company methodologies
• Continuously update skills and stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital design
• Perform well in skills assessments, including video submissions, as part of the hiring process
