The role focuses on supporting marketing and sales functions to drive sustainable growth through data insights.
Responsibilities:
• Apply analytics methods to gain insights into marketing and sales functions.
• Consolidate diverse data into compelling narratives for organizational use.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive revenue and manage sustainable growth.
• Develop reliable data models to support self-serve analytics.
• Promote data-informed decision-making with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Standardize processes and implement improvements within the Data team.
• Contribute to team collaboration and culture in a growing data team.

Requirements:
• Proficient in writing sophisticated SQL, focusing on well-architected data models, optimized query performance, and documented code.
• Skilled in at least one visualization and business intelligence platform (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Mode).
• Strong verbal and communication skills to explain technical decisions and business impacts.
• Ability to expedite projects with rapid, incremental development while addressing short-term obstacles.
• Structured approach to ambiguous exploratory analysis, balancing thoroughness with a minimum viable product mindset.
• Use data to drive marketing and sales teams to meet ambitious goals and influence company outcomes.
