About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team remotely within the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing elegant, intuitive experiences for complex software products. This role requires someone who excels in ambiguity, can untangle intricate problems, and consistently transforms complexity into clarity. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to shape user experiences from initial concept through final implementation. Your work will influence the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints are balanced effectively. You will have the opportunity to craft end-to-end user experiences, contribute to design systems, and advocate for usability and accessibility across our platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with software products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving for complex systems
• Proven ability to design multi-step workflows, data-dense interfaces, or enterprise tools
• Excellent visual design skills combined with solid UX fundamentals
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in production environments
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma
• Experience with prototyping and interaction tools like Figma prototypes, Framer, or Principle
• Familiarity with collaboration and handoff tools such as FigJam, Zeplin, or Storybook

• Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with engineers
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail, craft, and usability standards
• Experience utilizing analytics, usability testing, or research tools to inform design decisions

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive end-to-end user experiences for complex workflows, beyond just screens
• Translate abstract, technical, or highly detailed requirements into clear, user-friendly interfaces
• Lead UX thinking throughout discovery, ideation, prototyping, and final design phases
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that are scalable and maintainable
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to shape early solutions and iterate based on feedback
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency across the entire product ecosystem
• Contribute to the development and refinement of design systems and shared design patterns
