Job Description

About Fello

Fello is a profitable, hyper-growth, VC-backed B2B SaaS company building the AI Operating System for relationship-driven growth. Our platform combines data intelligence, marketing automation, and conversational AI to help businesses engage smarter, move faster, and scale effortlessly. We turn complex data into simple, intelligent actions — automating everything from outreach to follow-up.

Fello isn’t another tool in the stack. It’s the system that powers them, learning, adapting, and executing in real time so professionals can focus on growth, not guesswork.

If you’re fired up about building the backbone of an AI-driven product that’s changing how professionals work, you’ll fit right in.

About You

You are a strategic, hands-on event marketing leader who owns and builds Fello’s event programs end-to-end, positioning events as a core growth, brand, and revenue channel.

You think holistically across company-hosted events and conferences, field events, executive programs, webinars, and third-party sponsorships. You define event goals, themes, content strategy, and attendee experience — and you’re equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to bring those ideas to life.

You’ve operated in smaller, fast-moving B2B SaaS environments and are energized by building programs without large teams or enterprise budgets.

You Will

  • Event Strategy & Ownership
    • Own the overall event strategy and integrated calendar across company-hosted events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, virtual events, and executive programs
    • Develop and execute an annual event strategy aligned to demand generation, customer marketing, and thought leadership goals
    • Identify and prioritize the right mix of company-led events, field events, sponsorships, and webinars based on impact and resources
    • Establish clear success criteria, KPIs, and ROI frameworks for all event programs
  • Content, Themes & Experience Design
    • Own event storytelling, including themes, creative direction, session frameworks, and the end-to-end attendee journey
    • Partner with content, product marketing, and leadership to develop compelling agendas, messaging, and materials
    • Oversee the development of event assets such as presentations, stage content, signage, video, and digital experiences
    • Ensure consistency across event messaging, visuals, and brand voice
  • Company-Hosted Events & Conferences
    • Lead the creation, evolution, and execution of Fello-hosted events and conferences from concept through delivery
    • Define event purpose, target audience, themes, messaging, content tracks, and experience design
    • Partner with internal stakeholders on agendas, speaker strategy, session formats, and content narratives
    • Continuously improve company-led events based on performance, feedback, and business outcomes
  • Execution Oversight & Operational Excellence
    • Oversee event execution through internal resources and external vendors in a lean, collaborative environment
    • Provide clear direction on timelines, priorities, and quality standards to ensure seamless delivery
    • Manage event budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships with a focus on impact and efficiency
    • Ensure operational excellence, risk management, and contingency planning
This role is highly hands-on and requires comfort moving between strategy, content, and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Performance Measurement & Reporting
    • Define and track event performance metrics including pipeline impact, closed-won revenue, ROI, engagement, and retention
    • Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting and insights on event effectiveness
    • Use data to optimize event strategy, mix, and future investments
You Have

  • 6–9 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing
  • Proven experience building and scaling event programs in a growing B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing company-hosted events and conferences
  • Experience tying event programs to pipeline, revenue, and brand outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex timelines
  • A highly organized, strategic mindset with strong execution instincts and a focus on ROI and continuous improvement
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B PropTech industries, Real Estate, or SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Experience building or scaling company-hosted conferences or flagship events.
  • Familiarity with modern event technology and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.

Our Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Fully remote work with flexible hours to promote work-life balance.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO and paid holidays to recharge and relax.
  • Collaborative Culture: A supportive team environment that values innovation and collaboration.
  • Equity Options: Opportunity to own a part of Fello and share in our success.
  • Cutting-Edge Projects: Work on innovative products that leverage AI and advanced technologies.
