Job Description


This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will align marketing initiatives with sales efforts, ensuring targeted campaigns effectively reach intended audiences. Accountabilities

  • Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in partnership with sales and product marketing.
  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel lead generation and demand programs.
  • Support and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Partner closely with sales on marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment on targeting and messaging.
  • Own campaign strategy, planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Create and manage campaign content for various channels.
  • Provide guidance on audience segmentation and maximizing engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Support competitive initiatives by translating insights into campaigns.
  • Plan and execute webinars and events as part of lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
  • Collaborate on marketing automation workflows and processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends and marketing best practices.
  • Share campaign results and insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or growth marketing.
  • Experience with ICP-based targeting and account-based marketing.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign strategies.
  • Excellent writing skills with experience in content creation.
  • Ability to translate insights into compelling campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with multitasking abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
