Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute software rollout and deployment projects across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Administer and maintain servers, endpoints, and system configurations.
• Ensure system stability, security, and performance by applying updates, patches, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, application compatibility, and user environment challenges.

• Automate routine tasks (using scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Collaborate with development, IT security, and operations teams for smooth integration of applications.
• Monitor system logs, performance metrics, and proactively resolve potential issues.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide end-user support during and after deployment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure/deployment role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Jamf, Intune or any MDM tool)
