We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team. You’ll own our reporting systems, build the processes that keep our delivery quality high across 20+ properties, and make sure our data actually drives decisions — not just fills slides. This is a fully remote role, but is exclusive to the Philippines.
This isn’t a “pull numbers into a spreadsheet” role. We need someone who builds systems — dashboards, QA checklists, SOPs, reporting frameworks — that make everyone else’s work better. 💻 What You’ll Actually Do
Own Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Build and maintain dashboards across all client accounts — including 16+ hotel properties under a single client
• Design what gets tracked, how often, and what triggers an alert
• Own the weekly and monthly reporting cycle — flag issues before clients notice them
• Tools: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush
Build Quality Systems
• Create QA checklists for SEO deliverables, paid ads setup, and campaign launches
• Build SOPs for recurring workflows: client onboarding, audits, reporting
• Make output quality consistent regardless of who’s working the account — if the process is good, the output is good

Support Paid Ads & Strategy
• Work alongside our Ads & Tech lead to analyze campaign performance and budget pacing
• Surface optimization opportunities across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Turn data into recommendations leadership can act on
Fix What’s Broken
• Identify bottlenecks and recurring errors in our delivery process
• If something breaks twice, your job is to make sure it never breaks a third time
• Support the team’s adoption of AI tools for reporting automation
🌱 Who This Is For
• 3-4 years experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing ops, or a data/performance role
• You’ve worked across multiple clients or accounts — not just one brand
• You’re strong with GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets — you can build a dashboard from scratch, not just read one
• You think in systems: templates, checklists, workflows — not one-off fixes
• You already use AI tools — not because you have to, but because you want to
Bonus points:

🔍 How We’ll Evaluate You
We’ll give you a messy dataset and a client scenario. We won’t ask you to analyze it. We’ll ask you to design the reporting process — what gets tracked, how often, what triggers an alert, what the client sees vs. what stays internal.
If you jump straight to “here’s what the data says,” you’re a doer. If you ask “what’s the current process and where does it break,” you’re a builder. We want the builder.
