Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead and scale our talent acquisition efforts across the organization. You will be responsible for designing recruitment strategies, optimizing hiring processes, and ensuring Realco attracts and hires top talent that aligns with our business goals and culture.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience: 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within real estate, property services, or professional services
