- Strong experience in editorial, brand, or social-first design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects preferred)
- Strong typographic judgment and layout discipline
- Experience designing social content, brand systems, and conceptual explorations
- Comfort using Figma and Notion for collaboration and project management
- Advanced English communication skills
- Experience using or experimenting with AI-assisted creative tools
- Reliable computer, fast internet connection, and willingness to use time-tracking tools
- Background in fashion, editorial, or culture-led brands
- Sensitivity to motion design, micro-animations, or social-native motion
- Basic video or motion editing experience (not a core requirement)
