• You have +5 years experience in Figma, Creative design, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• You are proficient in Graphic design, Digital marketing, Branding, Art direction.

Deer Designer is looking for a high-energy Creative Director (Design Lead) based in Latin America to lead a high-output design pod. We offer a stable, leadership-track remote career where you will set the standard for "Western-market" design quality across multiple global brands.

The Role: You are the ultimate "Player-Coach." You aren't just managing a team; you are a creative gatekeeper who unblocks designers, translates messy briefs into clear directions, and ensures every pixel meets brand standards without missing a deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coach a design pod to maintain quality consistency at scale.

- Triage and manage delivery workflows to ensure work ships predictably and on time.

- Set creative standards for layout, typography, and brand systems (Figma/Adobe).

- Act as a strategic bridge between client feedback and designer execution.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years in design with 1–3+ years leading creative teams (agency preferred).

- Tech Stack: Mastery of Figma (design systems/libraries) and Adobe Creative Cloud.

- Art Direction: Strong brand judgment and the ability to give fast, actionable feedback.

- Language: Advanced English (verbal/written) is essential for client-facing leadership.

- Location: 100% Remote, but you must be locally based in LATAM (e.g., Colombia, Brazil, Argentina).
