Marketing Manager (Remote – Global)
Our client is a fast-growing, globally distributed hardware and software company seeking an
experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven
marketing initiatives across both our brand and our B2B customers’ brands.
This is a fully remote role working across multiple time zones and collaborating with
cross-functional teams worldwide.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with strong digital marketing expertise, agency
experience, and the confidence to work directly with customers. You will drive measurable
growth through SEO, paid media, and performance strategy, while guiding creative execution
and ensuring marketing outputs are aligned with business objectives.
You will be responsible for marketing both our company and leading our in-house creative team
who support our customers, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
You will also lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our participation in major and
minor industry trade shows globally, ensuring strong brand presence and measurable ROI from
each event.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for the company.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives including SEO, paid search (Google/Bing Ads), display, and other digital acquisition channels
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising budgets for maximum ROI
- Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver clear reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and customers
- Work directly with customers to understand business goals to assist in effectively using the company's software and creative suite.
- Provide clear design direction and detailed creative feedback to designers and content teams
- Collaborate with sales, product, tech, operations, and leadership teams globally
- Identify growth opportunities and continuously test, learn, and optimize
- Plan and manage end-to-end participation in major and minor industry trade shows and
- marketing events (strategy, budgeting, logistics, messaging, and follow-up)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute high-impact event presence
- Track and report on trade show ROI, lead generation, and conversion performance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO, paid media (Google Ads), and performance analytics
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth and ROI
- Experience working in an advertising agency environment (preferred)
- Comfortable in customer-facing roles with strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different time zones
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools
- Ability to provide structured, specific creative direction and feedback (design skills are a plus but not mandatory)
- Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability in a remote environment
- Experience planning and executing trade shows or industry events, including budgeting and performance tracking
