Solutions Engineer
Location: Fully Remote - ideally based in the Philippines due to team set up, but can be based anywhere in Asia
Salary: up to $2k per month

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and commercial impact. This role isn’t just about implementation, it’s about helping customers unlock real ROI quickly while building scalable automation that grows with them.
You’ll lead customer engagements from design to deployment, turning complex hiring challenges into structured workflows, integrations, and AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
What You’ll Do
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll partner closely with Account Managers and Product teams to ensure customers succeed from day one.
Customer Implementation & Strategy
- Define specifications and map workflows for new customer rollouts
- Plan and execute implementation projects alongside Account Managers and technical teams
- Set clear expectations and operating frameworks with customers from the start
- Guide clients toward scalable automation rather than short-term fixes

- Audit and optimise bot interactions to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with client goals
- Lead QA testing on functionality, responsiveness, and performance
- Scope integrations with external systems and coordinate technical delivery with client teams
- Design and iterate onboarding journeys using data and cohort analysis
- Write clear specifications for engineers and collaborate with copywriters and product teams
- Monitor industry trends to keep our AI recruitment solutions ahead of the curve
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights
- Support technical discussions with prospective customers
- Build trust through pragmatic, ROI-focused solution design
- Help shorten the sales cycle by demonstrating technical credibility
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles within enterprise software, SaaS, or technical consulting
- Strong technical aptitude, comfortable with integrations, configurations, and custom builds
- Experience managing multiple complex rollouts and cross-functional projects
- Solid workflow mapping and process design skills (Lucidchart, Visio, or similar)
- Ability to balance technical depth with clear, structured communication
