We design and develop mobile apps, extensions, SaaS products, and run an ecommerce brand selling handcrafted products online. What You'll Do

• Design banners, social media graphics, website visuals, and marketing materials for our apps and ecommerce brand
• Edit and enhance product photos (primarily furniture and home decor): remove/replace backgrounds, adjust lighting, add realistic shadows, and create professional photo manipulations
• Work with slab and product photography, preparing images for web at correct resolutions and file sizes (high-res exports required)
• Use AI image generation tools (ChatGPT/DALL-E, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to create and refine visuals and critically assess AI outputs for quality, realism, and consistency
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all materials and platforms
• Prepare and manage design assets in organized folders (Google Drive), ensuring proper file naming, resolution, and format
• Collaborate and communicate clearly with our international team, proactively flagging any blockers or difficulties
• Follow templates, reference designs, and brand guidelines precisely, delivering work that matches the brief on the first attempt

Requirements

• Strong background in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating range and quality

• Advanced photo editing skills in Photoshop: realistic product enhancements, background work, shadow creation, and image manipulations
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and similar design tools
• Experience with AI image generation platforms (MidJourney, ChatGPT/DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
• Solid understanding of design principles: composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
• Excellent attention to detail: work must be accurate, polished, and match specifications without requiring multiple revision cycles
• Strong communication skills: must proactively communicate progress, ask questions when unclear, and flag problems early rather than staying silent
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines reliably
• Comfortable working remotely in a distributed, international team across different time zones
• Technical proficiency with basic tools: Google Drive, file management, proper image export (understanding resolution, file size, and format differences)

Nice To Have

• Video editing skills for occasional social media content
• UI/UX design experience (mobile apps, web dashboards, Chrome extensions)
• Experience with Shopify or ecommerce product image requirements
• Familiarity with Figma for interface design work
