Overview

This position is full-time and fully remote.

Compensation: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly.

In this role, you will create polished graphic designs and develop video content for Agadon’s social media channels based on clearly defined briefs. A high level of competence in graphic design is mandatory, alongside dependable video editing capabilities using common industry tools.

You will occasionally be required to work directly with pre-existing client Adobe After Effects project files. This includes confidently opening and navigating compositions, isolating visual elements, disabling or removing audio, and preparing segments for social media distribution. You are not expected to design advanced motion graphics from the ground up; however, you must be able to work efficiently within existing project structures.

This position is strictly production-oriented and does not include responsibilities related to marketing strategy, outreach, or lead acquisition.

Key Duties

• Develop high-quality visual assets for social platforms, including carousels, standalone graphics, thumbnails, and story creatives.
• Edit and deliver video content for social media using both supplied assets and newly created visuals where necessary.
• Produce original graphic and video materials following provided briefs and creative guidelines.
• Access and manage project files (including basic After Effects files when applicable) to extract visuals, modify elements, or prepare content for release.
• Resize, reformat, and optimise assets for various platforms (aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, captions, and formatting).
• Ensure consistent visual identity across all content, including colour usage, typography, layout, and overall tone.
• Accurately execute creative instructions from the digital marketing team or company leadership.
• Deliver all work to a high standard while meeting assigned deadlines.
• Take full responsibility for the creation and delivery of all creative assets used on Agadon’s social channels.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in graphic design, with a clear understanding of composition, layout, typography, and visual structure.
• Proficiency in professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, including navigating timelines, compositions, and layers, and making simple edits. Additional training will be provided, but baseline familiarity is essential.
