Client: Healthcare organization

Job Title: Process Mapping Analyst

Contract Duration: 6-12 months

100% Remote, Arizona hours


W2 only - No C2C/1099, no referral shares with 3rd parties


Job Summary:

  • Will provide Process Mapping for a Salesforce implementation
  • Primary function will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document and create Visio Process Mapping Diagrams of the Integration process.
  • Should be proficient with PowerPoint, will create and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
  • Be a critical thinker and active team member who can identify gaps and create improvements to add to the Visio Process Maps.
  • Visio’s will be a step by step for the Integration Process.
  • Will help teams transition to change from their existing functionality. For example automation of a task, or identifying what function needs to be improved and diagramming/implementing the change.
  • Will identify process gaps (pre-user and post-user).
  • Will need to always be thinking of how information is moved from one user to another.

Preferred:

  • Experience working at a health plan, or provider side
  • Having worked in a regulated industry like healthcare, or financial.
  • Process Improvement background or Business Analyst type skillset


Education:

Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred (not required), Engineering degree may be preferred (not required).

Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
