Job Description
Onsite or Remote: Fully Remote - must be able to flex time zones within the US
Employment Type: 3 month contract
Pay Range: $20-22/hr
*Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location where candidate lives.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate interview logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage calendar updates and scheduling changes
- Assist with candidate travel arrangements and 3rd party vendor coordination
- Enter new job requisitions into the ATS accurately and on time
- Assist in drafting offer letters for salaried positions
- Support recruiters during high-volume periods, including candidate communications and initial phone screens
- Provide general TA administrative support including data entry, invoice processing, and file management

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–2 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ATS experience preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent required
