We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimise automated marketing workflows that enhance customer engagement and drive growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing technology, lifecycle campaigns, and data insights in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage automated marketing workflows across email, CRM, and other channels.
  • Segment audiences and personalise campaigns based on behavioural and lifecycle data.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance using analytics and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align automation strategies.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign logic.
  • Basic analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
