Role Description

Digital Marketing Executive/Virtual Assistant for the Founder.

Location: Nigeria. - Fully remote.

In this role, you will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, create email automations, designs slide and flyers etc manage social media accounts, manage emails and communications, apply for funding and reseach opportunities & apply, and support in general adminstrative, research and similar task.

Responsibility

1. Email Automation: Set up and manage email automation and sequences using tools like SendFox, Mailchimp, and other popular platforms.
2. SEO & Digital Marketing: Assist with SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, content optimization, and content creation.
3. Content Design: Create high-quality visual assets using Canva, such as slide decks, social media graphics, and basic marketing materials.

4. Research: Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions, apply for opportunity and more.
5. Administrative Support: Manage email sequences, schedule posts, and handle general project coordination as needed.
6. Research Opportunities and apply for opporutnities that aligns with the founders and the non-profit goals.
7. Support founders with all admin task as required.
