You will take ownership of multi-channel performance marketing initiatives, turning campaigns into measurable pipeline growth. Working closely with Sales and leveraging advanced CRM tools, you will ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified opportunities. Accountabilities
- Own the day-to-day execution of inbound and demand generation campaigns across paid media, organic channels, CRM marketing, and content initiatives.
- Build, optimize, and manage landing pages, forms, CTAs, and automated nurture workflows to maximize funnel conversion.
- Launch and manage ongoing experiments across messaging, offers, channels, and creative formats to continuously improve performance.
- Develop and support high-converting content assets such as case studies, educational guides, short-form videos, and benchmark reports.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales teams to align campaigns with buyer objections and improve lead quality.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including leads generated, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Maintain clear and visible dashboards within HubSpot to ensure performance transparency and accountability.

- 4–8 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing roles.
- Advanced expertise in HubSpot, including funnel management, automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
- Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record of achieving pipeline and revenue targets (SMB or vertical SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels such as Meta and Google Ads, along with CRM-driven campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect campaign performance directly to revenue outcomes.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills tailored to segmented audiences.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus.
