About The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Lead Designer (Brand & UX/UI) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and executing compelling visual design initiatives that enhance brand presence, improve user experience, and support our business growth objectives. Your work will span across digital and print channels, including website interfaces, product experiences, marketing materials, and social media assets. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to develop intuitive, on-brand, and user-centered design solutions that elevate our customer journey from discovery to purchase. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, usability, and visual appeal in every aspect of our digital presence.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, or related fields
- Proven experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and user experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles
- Experience designing responsive digital platforms and eCommerce websites
- Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability testing
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in CPG or health and wellness industries is highly desirable

- Create on-brand visual assets for digital and print, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and web content
