The Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to work on internal company projects. Your primary mission is to stop the scroll. You will be responsible for creating high-conversion thumbnails and educational/engaging carousels that represent our brand across all major platforms.

• What You Will DoThumbnail Mastery: Design high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) thumbnails for YouTube that are bold, readable, and intriguing.
• Carousel Design: Create visually stunning carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn that simplify complex ideas into digestible slides.
• Document Design: Layout and design professional PDFs, reports, or lead magnets that align with our brand identity.
• Brand Consistency: Work closely with the CEO and Video Editing Team to ensure all graphics align with our brand's aesthetic.
• Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication regarding deadlines and creative concepts.
• Qualifications & RequirementsPortfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality YouTube thumbnails and multi-slide social media carousels.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (Advanced).
• Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) to understand briefs and collaborate effectively.
• Detail-Oriented: An eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
• Reliability: Ability to manage 20 hours per week consistently and meet 24-48 hour turnaround times for design tasks.
