As we scale aggressively across multiple technology verticals, we are building a strong People & Culture function to support high-performance teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic yet execution-driven HR Manager who understands the dynamics of a fast-growing tech company. This role goes beyond traditional HR—it requires building scalable systems for hiring, performance, and culture while supporting aggressive business growth.

You will play a key role in shaping how we attract, manage, and retain top engineering and business talent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tech Talent Acquisition & Scaling

  • Lead high-volume hiring across engineering, BD, and support teams
  • Build strong pipelines for niche tech roles (AI/ML, DevOps, Blockchain, etc.)
  • Partner with business units to meet aggressive hiring targets
  • Optimize ATS, sourcing channels, and recruitment automation

2. Performance & Productivity Management

  • Design and implement KPI-driven performance frameworks
  • Align individual, team, and business unit goals
  • Drive accountability across fast-moving teams
  • Handle performance improvement plans (PIPs) and escalation cases

3. Employee Experience & Retention

  • Build a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
  • Develop retention strategies for top tech talent
  • Lead engagement initiatives across distributed teams
  • Act as a trusted partner for employee concerns and conflict resolution

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Establish scalable HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Manage contracts, documentation, and HR lifecycle processes
  • Ensure compliance with local and international employment practices
  • Handle disciplinary actions and HR risk management

5. Compensation & Incentive Structures

  • Design competitive salary bands for tech and business roles
  • Implement performance-based incentives and commission structures
  • Benchmark compensation against market standards

6. Organizational Design & Growth

  • Support leadership in structuring teams across multiple tech verticals
  • Identify skill gaps and implement training/upskilling programs
  • Contribute to leadership hiring and succession planning

7. HR Analytics & Decision Support

  • Track key HR metrics (hiring velocity, attrition, performance, etc.)
  • Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
  • Use data to drive strategic HR decisions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of HR experience in tech, IT services, or staffing companies
  • Strong experience in high-volume and niche tech hiring
  • Deep understanding of performance management systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in staff augmentation / offshore delivery models
  • Exposure to U.S. or international hiring markets
  • Experience managing 50+ hires/month pipelines
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, and recruitment automation tools

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent achievement of hiring targets across tech domains
  • Strong retention of high-performing engineers and BD teams
  • High accountability and KPI-driven performance culture
  • Streamlined HR processes supporting rapid scale

Why Join Mavericks United

  • Be part of a high-growth tech company with global exposure
