→ Own and run paid social and/or search campaigns — with real budget and real autonomy

→ Shape content strategy across channels, from brief to publish

→ Track what's working, cut what's not, and explain why — in plain English

→ Collaborate with a small, senior team (no layers, no bureaucracy)

→ Bring ideas without being asked — and actually see them get made
