About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content & Community Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Varun, as well as other team members and company leadership to develop and execute our content strategy across multiple digital platforms including LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and Webflow. Your primary responsibility will be to research, curate, and produce compelling content that resonates with our target audience, enhances our online presence, and fosters community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B topics, be highly organized, and have a passion for digital marketing and content creation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn as a platform for content marketing, outreach, or community engagement in a B2B context.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Beehiiv, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content production, including drafting 15+ newsletter editions per week across various verticals, maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored to a European B2B audience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in content creation, editing, and polishing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and proactive communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, trend monitoring, and community engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze high-performing LinkedIn posts from our ideal customer profiles across key topics such as B2B Marketing, Smart Manufacturing, Next-Generation Vehicles, and PE & M&A to surface insights and trends.
  • Research, structure, and support the publication of 15 bi-weekly newsletter editions across LinkedIn and Beehiiv, ensuring content is structured, visually appealing, and valuable to our audience.
  • Draft and manage newsletter editions, maintaining a consistent voice and style that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Write and publish summary articles for each newsletter edition on our Webflow blog, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and SEO optimization.
  • Monitor emerging trends within B2B technology, digital transformation, and consulting sectors to inform content strategy and stay ahead of industry noise.
  • Support the creation of engaging LinkedIn posts, comments, and community interactions to foster active engagement and dialogue.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting online events such as webinars and roundtables, integrating them into the content calendar to maximize visibility and participation.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine content strategies, analyze engagement metrics, and continuously improve content quality and relevance.
