About the Role


The Project Manager (with experience in CCaaS) role combines strategic and tactical responsibilities, requiring technical and leadership expertise to own and drive complex programs. The position focuses on managing risks, balancing business needs with technical constraints, and building strong cross-functional relationships. The role is crucial for ensuring high-quality deliverables, improving team productivity, and aligning project execution with strategic objectives.


Responsibilities


- Support planning and execution of complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines

- Track deliverables and resolve issues to maintain progress

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and partner teams to define scope, dependencies, and timelines

- Act as liaison to ensure alignment across teams

- Maintain program documentation and facilitate meetings

- Manage risk and issue tracking, escalating blockers as needed

- Identify, assess, and manage changes through change management processes

- Provide concise program updates and consolidate data into status reports and dashboards

- Contribute to improving delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices

- Use technical knowledge to understand solutions, dependencies, and trade-offs

- Support onboarding and knowledge sharing to foster a collaborative team culture


Requirements


- 4+ years of IT project management experience

- 2+ years leading contact center transformation programs including Amazon Connect, Dialogflow CX, and Genesys Cloud

- Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks

- Proven ability to independently deliver enterprise-scale programs involving complex dependencies

- Experience influencing across organizational boundaries and engaging senior leaders

- Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
