💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time HR professional based in Thailand to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR activities.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who wants flexibility while working with an international team.

⏰ Employment Details

• Part-Time: 1–2 hours per day
• Location: 100% remote (work from home) – Thailand-based candidates only

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with Thailand labor laws

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with internal stakeholders
• Prepare basic HR reports and hiring updates
• Support ongoing HR initiatives

✅ Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Good understanding of Thailand labor laws
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Experience with recruitment agencies or consulting firms is a plus
