Anything Design is a remote-first design studio working with ambitious teams in emerging tech and Web3. We partner with fast-growing startups on branding, product design, UI/UX, and motion, acting as an integrated design team rather than a traditional agency. Our clients come to us when they want high-quality design without coordinating multiple vendors. Many of the teams we work with are building across crypto, AI, gaming, and new consumer products.
The Role
We're looking for a Motion Graphic Animator to join our remote team. You'll be creating clean, purposeful animation across a range of client projects, from product UI motion and brand animations to explainer content and interactive prototypes. You'll work closely with our product and visual designers to bring static work to life.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality motion graphic animations for a variety of client projects
- Collaborate with designers to develop motion languages and animation guidelines
- Produce animation specs and references for developer handoff
- Work across multiple projects at a time, managing your own deadlines
- Contribute to motion standards and best practices within the studio
- Deliver work quickly, iterate on feedback, and maintain quality under tight timelines

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in motion graphics and animation
- Proficient in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals
- Able to work from a design brief as well as take creative initiative
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow
- Able to work at speed: delivering quality output quickly, iterating fast, and meeting tight deadlines
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
