Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for your product area, ensuring tight alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and feature definition in close collaboration with engineering and design.
- Drive agile and scrum ceremonies, keeping your team unblocked and focused on the right priorities.
- Manage the transition for existing clients while simultaneously preparing new product launches for a successful go-to-market.
- Define and track key product metrics; use data to inform prioritization and measure success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on product status, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Identify gaps, surface risks early, and propose solutions with a bias toward action.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management.
- Native or bilingual English speaker.
- Strong command of agile and scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously - including legacy product support alongside new product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
