We are currently seeking an exceptional Director of Revenue Operations to join our Revenue Operations team.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this individual will be the architect of Raintree’s revenue engine, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success into a unified system that accelerates growth. You will oversee all tools, processes, and insights our teams need to consistently exceed quota. You'll maintain Salesforce as a single source of truth, achieve 90%+ forecast accuracy in 6 months, and ensure our prospect database is detailed and differentiated in our market. You will also develop reporting that drives adherence to the sales process and enables accountability across the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own the Revenue Engine: Lead the strategy and execution of revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate growth and maximize efficiency.
  • Drive Process and Systems Optimization: Oversee all tools, including AI solutions, to ensure they enable the team across various segments and verticals. You will own revenue reporting, forecasting, and analytics, striving to achieve 90%+ accuracy within the first 3 months.
  • Enhance Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Drive GTM process improvements, including lead routing, territory design, quota setting, and pipeline management. You will collaborate with sales leadership to design incentive plans and territories to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain data hygiene and an updated prospect database, ensuring all opportunities have accurate and complete information. You will also partner with sales enablement to ensure tools, content, and training are accurate, recent, and drive performance.
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Provide visibility into sales and marketing performance to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and develop a clear feedback loop with Product and Sales. You'll be a key partner in running analysis and compiling materials for board engagement.

Position Proficiencies and Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 5-7+ years of expertise in SaaS sales, with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated RevOps role.
    • Proven experience in healthtech, EMR, or RCM is a significant plus.
    • A track record of leading RevOps functions at other high-growth SaaS businesses.
  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
    • Salesforce certifications are preferred.
Competencies to Drive Success:

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical rigor with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable strategy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must have 3+ years of experience using Salesforce with an admin-level skillset.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bias for Execution: High integrity, an ownership mindset, and a drive to get things done.

Why This Role Is Exciting

This is a unique opportunity to architect process and structure in a high-growth company that is a leader in an industry that helps people in need. You will have high visibility with executive leadership and a direct opportunity to impact the company's valuation. You will be a core part of building the foundation for Raintree’s next phase of growth.
