We are seeking a junior administrator to join our IT team. This is a fully remote position. The administrator will provision, monitor and troubleshoot MultiLynq servers and software as well as supporting the IT needs of MultiLynq employees. The ideal candidate for this role is eager to learn new skills and technologies as the MultiLynq environment includes a breadth of technologies, including physical and cloud servers, Windows and Linux environments, multiple commercial software applications as well as MultiLynq’s core in house developed software.
Job Responsibilities
- Provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting physical and cloud (Amazon EC2) servers
- Creating, updating and modifying scripts to automate and streamline IT operations
- Administration and configuration of IT operation software (antivirus, vulnerability scanning, monitoring, etc)
- Creating and maintaining documentation of IT operations
- Working with MultiLynq developers to support deployment and maintenance of MultiLynq’s software
- Assisting in technical support for MultiLynq employees

Required Skill and Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an IT systems role
