Senior Visual Designer - Remote - Must be based in Europe

Do you sit between visual, brand, and motion?

We are hiring for a high-bar visual role for our client - a design agency working with well-funded high growth startups. You will be designing for startups and establishing their visual design look and feel. Designing from scratch, research, concepts to execution.

You’ll translate insights into mood boards, creative directions, and high-quality deliverables that help startups scale their brand presence quickly and effectively. The ideal designer balances big-picture brand vision with visual excellence.

This is for designers who live and breathe design:

You’ll likely be a great fit if you:

• Design for modern SaaS / B2B / websites (not too consumer only)
• Exceptional craft in layout, typography, and visual systems
• Have agency background & designed for startups (Fintech, AI, Healthtech, etc.)
• Own projects end-to-end: research → concept → execution
• Have 6/7+ years experience
• What websites have you designed?
• Have a clean modern portfolio (website) with strong craft (taste matters here)
• No Corporate Looking Portfolios

🚩 Important: This is NOT a Product Design role or Art Director role. NOT looking for Graphic Designers who have designed a few corporate emails or business cards. And if you have only done marketing campaigns and advertising then this is not for you.
