About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications that support our core business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, operations staff, and management to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Your expertise will contribute to automating processes, improving system functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration across various platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. The role initially involves remote work from India, with potential relocation to Dubai or Oman after the probation period, depending on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience using React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related frameworks.
• Proficiency with databases and version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Experience with web server management, including Apache and Nginx.

• Strong problem-solving skills within operational environments.
• Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle and UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean), and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with system testing and automated testing processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with team members, and meet project deadlines.

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai or Oman after the probation period if required.
