About The Role

As part of the Technology & Operations team, the Web Developer will be responsible for developing cutting-edge functionalities for new or existing enterprise web applications. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background to support our digital transformation initiatives. The Web Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, operations, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient web solutions that align with our business objectives. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to innovative projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Initially based in India, successful candidates may have the opportunity to relocate to Dubai or Oman after a probation period, supporting onsite deployment and operational integration.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, demonstrating proficiency in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript/PHP frameworks. A solid understanding of databases, code versioning tools such as Git or SVN, and web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx) is essential. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience, is required. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of software development lifecycles, UI/UX principles, and modern deployment practices like CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, as well as familiarity with OCR frameworks, will be considered advantageous. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services to support business and operational goals while adhering to performance and quality code best practices.
• Work with team leads and members to identify requirements, define project scope, and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure visual and functional consistency across applications.
• Document product specifications, technical requirements, and project progress to facilitate clear communication and future reference.
