πΌ Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our remote HR and analytics team. You will be responsible for analysing compensation data, supporting pay structure design, and ensuring competitive and equitable salary frameworks across the organisation.
βοΈ Key Responsibilities- Analyse compensation data, salary structures, and market trends
- Conduct benchmarking against industry standards and competitors
- Support design and maintenance of pay bands and grading systems
- Prepare compensation reports and workforce analytics dashboards
- Assist in annual salary review and bonus planning processes
- Identify pay equity gaps and recommend adjustments
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation strategy
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy in all analyses

- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or HR Analyst
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of compensation frameworks and HR practices

- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Understanding of labor market data and benchmarking techniques
