Performance Marketing and Growth Lead, Hands-On (Paid Social, UGC & AI) Remote | Full-Time

We operate more like a growth partner than a traditional PR agency, owning performance outcomes from first impression through conversion.


We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead execution across Canvas UGC, influencer campaigns, and paid social, with a strong focus on performance. This is a highly hands-on, in-platform role. You will be launching campaigns, working directly with creators, and building systems from the ground up alongside our larger agency teams.


The Role

We’re looking for a big thinker and an actuator, someone who can see the strategy and execute it end-to-end without relying on layers of delegation. You will sit at the intersection of creator-led content, paid social across TikTok and Meta, and creative testing with performance optimization. This is a highly executional role for someone who knows how to turn content into revenue. You will own performance across paid social and creator-led growth, with direct responsibility for turning content into scalable revenue.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and scale Canvas UGC creators, our high-volume, brand-owned content incubator
  • Build and refine repeatable systems for sourcing, briefing, testing, and scaling creator content
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across TikTok including Spark Ads and TikTok Shop, and Meta
  • Turn organic content into high-performing paid ads
  • Build and execute creative testing frameworks
  • Analyze performance across CPA, CTR, and CVR and translate insights into stronger briefs
  • Collaborate across PR, affiliate, and growth teams

What We’re Looking For

  • A big thinker and an actuator
  • 4 to 6+ years in performance marketing, paid social, or influencer or UGC marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of UGC and creator-led growth strategies
  • Proven ability to manage creators and execute data-driven campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward testing and iteration
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and how they can be applied to marketing workflows
  • Proven track record of personally launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns (not just managing or delegating)

Strong Pluses

  • TikTok Shop and creator commerce experience
  • Spark Ads, whitelisting, or Sideshift
  • GEO or marketplace search such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, or retail media
  • Affiliate or performance PR background
  • Experience using AI tools for creative generation, testing, or campaign optimization
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content platforms such as Arcads.ai or similar tools

AI Experience (Nice to Have)

  • We are increasingly integrating AI into our workflows. Bonus points if you have experience using AI tools for creative generation, testing, or optimization
  • Understanding how AI can enhance UGC production, ad iteration, or general workflows.
  • Experience with tools like Arcads.ai or similar AI-driven content platforms
  • Ability to incorporate AI into day-to-day workflows to move faster, test more, and improve performance outcomes
