About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow & SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience managing Webflow websites and a comprehensive understanding of search engine optimization, including traditional SEO practices and emerging AI-driven search (GEO) trends. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a proactive mindset to enhance website performance, search rankings, and visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to maintain and optimize our website, structure content effectively for indexing and ranking, and implement strategies that improve our digital footprint. Your expertise will directly influence our online presence, ensuring our content is optimized for both human users and AI algorithms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Webflow, including site structure, CMS, and responsive design
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical and on-page optimization
• Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or experience structuring content for AI-driven search
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the firm’s Webflow website, including landing pages, content management, and technical fixes
• Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and site architecture
• Implement and refine schema markup and structured data to enhance SEO and AI search visibility
• Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) by structuring content for AI-driven search, ensuring clear hierarchy, semantic relevance, and extractable answers
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console and GA4, and analyze data to identify opportunities
• Conduct regular site audits to ensure optimal performance, speed, crawlability, and indexing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align website content with campaign objectives and search intent
• Stay updated with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and trends in AI search technology
• Recommend and implement actionable improvements based on site audits and performance data
