About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and services that support our core business and operational objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, operations staff, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack web development, a passion for emerging technologies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative logistics solutions and gain international exposure, with potential relocation to Dubai or Oman after a successful probation period.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, particularly with frameworks such as React, Laravel, and React Native. A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related mobile frameworks is essential. Experience with databases, version control tools like Git or SVN, and web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx) is required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with software development lifecycles, UI/UX principles, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, and understanding of automated testing frameworks will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and an interest in AI, automation, and OCR frameworks. Willingness to relocate to Dubai or Oman after approximately 12 months is a requirement, along with adaptability to working in the Middle East environment.
