Job Description


Role Summary:


We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for Medical Virtual Assistants across Latin America. This is a working manager role, where you’ll stay close to sourcing and execution while leading a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists across the region.

You’ll play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, driving fast and efficient hiring, and consistently delivering high-quality candidates for U.S.-based clients.

This role reports to the Global Talent Acquisition Director and works closely with Client Servicing, Operations, and centralized support teams to meet ongoing hiring demand.


What You’ll Do:


1. Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for Medical VA roles across LATAM
  • Partner with talent pool management to maximize existing candidate communities
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, online communities, and branding campaigns
  • Ensure pipelines remain active, engaged, and aligned with hiring demand


2. Hiring Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, endorsement, and offer stages
  • Drive speed and efficiency while maintaining high candidate quality
  • Track funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates


3. Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage recruiters and sourcing support across LATAM
  • Run structured stand-ups and pipeline reviews to ensure execution stays on track
  • Set clear priorities, SLAs, and performance expectations


4. Quality Control

  • Maintain consistent hiring standards across the team:
  • Strong English communication
  • Relevant healthcare or administrative experience
  • Remote work readiness
  • Align screening practices to ensure consistency and quality


5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Client Servicing and Operations on hiring needs and timelines
  • Collaborate with centralized delivery, branding, and communications teams to strengthen candidate attraction
  • Work with training teams to ensure candidate readiness
  • Provide clear visibility on hiring progress, risks, and market insights


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in high-volume hiring environments
  • Proven experience hiring across Latin America markets
  • Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to build pipelines from scratch
  • Experience managing recruiters or distributed teams
  • Background in healthcare, BPO, or virtual assistant hiring is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
