Qualifications
- Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Equivalent experience is defined as four years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience
Minimum of two years of experience in digital experience design, UX research, usability, or a related field.
- Skills & Competencies
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

- Assist with accessibility‑related reviews of content and documents to help reduce long‑term maintenance and compliance risks.
- Provide clear, practical accessibility guidance to designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to enhance usability and inclusion.
- Support coordination of accessibility intake processes, documentation, reporting, and vendor‑related activities during periods of increased workload.
- Participate in additional accessibility initiatives and projects as needed.
