About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in a long-term, remote capacity. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 8 years of comprehensive programming experience, capable of owning entire product development processes—from designing database schemas to crafting intuitive mobile user interfaces. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both backend and frontend technologies, with a strong emphasis on building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA specialists, to develop and maintain our healthcare software solutions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to impactful projects that improve healthcare delivery and patient care across the globe.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of professional programming experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of full-stack development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Django Rest Framework and Python for backend API development and architecture.
• Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart for developing cross-platform mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in remote teams, with a disciplined approach to collaboration and productivity.
